Are your products genuine Kohler?

Yes. Every item is genuine Kohler, brand new in original Kohler packaging, with the manufacturer UPC listed on the product page.

Why do you carry discontinued items?

We specialize in Kohler inventory including collections and finishes Kohler no longer manufactures. For designers and remodelers matching an existing installation, discontinued stock is often the only way to get an exact finish match. Once our stock sells, it cannot be reordered.

How is pricing set?

Products are listed at Kohler manufacturer list price (MSRP). For multi-unit project orders, email support@primezen.shop with your list for a volume quote.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is priced by weight: $9.95 up to 1 lb, $14.95 up to 5 lb, $24.95 up to 15 lb, $44.95 up to 40 lb, and $79.95 for oversized fixtures over 40 lb. Express is $29.95. Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 and above. We ship within the United States only. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, and it is free with no minimum. Select Pickup at checkout and collect from our North Richland Hills warehouse at 7601 Boulevard 26, OFC 10. We email you when the order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Do you deliver in the DFW area?

Yes. Local delivery is free within 35 miles of our North Richland Hills warehouse on orders of $1,000 and above. Select Local delivery at checkout if your address qualifies and we will call to schedule a window. For a chandelier or a multi-carton fixture going to a job site in the metroplex, this is the option we recommend.

Do you work with trade professionals?

Yes, that is our focus. Interior designers, architects, engineers and remodeling firms can email project lists for availability confirmation and volume pricing.
