Shipping policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in North Richland Hills, Texas. We ship within the United States only.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when the order ships.
Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your destination. Fixtures over 15 lb, which includes every chandelier, linear fixture and multi-light bar we sell, ship as freight.
48 contiguous states, standard items up to 15 lb. Up to 1 lb: $9.95. 1 to 5 lb: $14.95. 5 to 15 lb: $24.95. Multi-item orders 15 to 40 lb: $44.95. Multi-item orders over 40 lb: $79.95. Express, up to 15 lb: $29.95.
Shipping is free on orders of $1,000.00 and above to the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping applies to standard items only. Freight items are not eligible, but free local pickup and free DFW delivery remain available on them.
48 contiguous states, freight items over 15 lb. 15 to 25 lb: $69.95. 25 to 40 lb: $99.95. Over 40 lb: $149.95.
Alaska and Hawaii. Standard items up to 15 lb: $19.95 to $49.95 by weight. Freight items over 15 lb: $179.95 to $349.95 by weight. Free shipping does not apply.
US territories and military addresses. Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Standard items up to 15 lb: $24.95 to $69.95 by weight. Freight items over 15 lb: $249.95 to $449.95 by weight. Free shipping does not apply. Some oversized fixtures exceed carrier size limits for these destinations. Email support@primezen.shop with the model number before ordering and we will confirm whether it can ship.
Delivery times
Standard is 3 to 5 business days in transit. Express is 1 to 2 business days. Freight is 4 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and territories add 3 to 10 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are counted from the ship date, not the order date.
Free local pickup
Pickup is free at 7601 Boulevard 26, OFC 10, North Richland Hills, TX 76180, with no minimum order. Select Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order number and a photo ID. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central.
Free local delivery in the DFW area
We deliver free of charge within 35 miles of our North Richland Hills warehouse on orders of $1,000.00 and above. Select Local delivery at checkout if your address qualifies. We will contact you to schedule a delivery window, typically within 2 business days. This is the recommended option for chandeliers and multi-carton fixtures going to a job site in the metroplex.
Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier. If you have not received your order within 15 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@primezen.shop with your name and order number and we will look into it.
Packaging and inspection
Fixtures ship in their original Kohler cartons, overpacked where the piece requires it. Please inspect the shipment on arrival and report any visible carton damage, concealed damage, or shortage to support@primezen.shop within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and the outer carton. Keep the original packaging until the piece has been inspected.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a shipment once it has left our warehouse, and carrier charges arising from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
